Traditional Natural Medicine / Laser Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the most popular natural medicine healthcare options available. Both modern research and ancient history give acupuncture an impressive record for safety and effectiveness.

but some people hesitate to receive acupuncture treatment due to fear of needles. Fortunately for those patients, other options exist. Low-power laser acupuncture is one of the best options because it is fast, effective, and completely painless.

Laser acupuncture uses low-power laser light at specific wavelengths to stimulate acupuncture points and bring about effects similar to traditional needle acupuncture, but without the pain of needles.

Is it Really Pain Free?

Absolutely. The low-power laser beam produces no sensation of pain or even heat. It does no harm to the tissue and is safe for use on sensitive skin, in children or the elderly.

Fast and Convenient

Needle acupuncture often requires the needles to remain inserted for 15-30 minutes or more. Laser acupuncture, on the other hand, can often obtain the same results in a few seconds. One study has shown the effect of laser acupuncture may be “more profound and lasts longer than either electroacupunture or classical needle acupuncture”.

A Safe Acupuncture Option

Because the skin is not penetrated, there’s no risk of infection or internal injury. Similarly, the low-power laser beam causes no damage to or heating of the tissue. even injured areas can be safely treated.

Pulse Diagnosis

An important method used for many centuries. The arterial pulse is felt by the finger tips not only for rate, but other subtle qualities, such as strength & depth. Organ pulses indicate excesses and deficiencies found in the patient.

Exam includes:

  • Inspection (Looking)
  • Palpitation (Feeling)
  • Abscultation (Listening)
  • Percussion (Sounds)
